  1. Booking & Payment Terms
    1. All bookings are processed through our Website Booking Form.
    2. Listings are booked per individual edition. There are no contracts or recurring subscriptions.
    3. Full payment must be made upon booking to secure your listing.
    4. Bookings for the Winter 2026 Edition close on 28th November 2025.
  2. Advert Content Submission
    1. Advertisers are responsible for submitting accurate and truthful business information via the Booking Form
    2. Listings are text-only adverts and will be formatted by Just Local for consistency within the directory.
    3. If you are a member of Checkatrade, Trustatrader, or Buy With Confidence, you may request for their official accreditation icon to be displayed alongside your advert.
  3. Responsibility for Advert Accuracy
    1. The information provided in your advert must be accurate, legal, and compliant with UK advertising standards.
    2. Just Local cannot be held responsible for any misleading, false, or inaccurate information provided by the advertiser.
  4. Quality of Workmanship & Services
    1. Just Local does not endorse or guarantee the quality of work of any advertiser listed.
    2. All contractual agreements for services are strictly between the advertisers and the customer
  5. Delivery & Distribution
    1. Just Local guarantees that the directory will be delivered to the specified number of households in each area.
    2. All deliveries are GPS-tracked.
    3. Just Local is not responsible for any delays or issues caused by third-party delivery services.
  6. Tracked Phone Numbers
    1. Each advert will be assigned a tracked phone number to monitor the volume of enquiries.
    2. Call data will be provided in summary form (number of calls received). Calls are not recorded.
    3. Tracked numbers remain the property of Just Local and cannot be used outside of the directory.
  7. Cancellations & Refunds
    1. Once booked and paid for the advert may be cancelled but no refund will be offered for the cancellation.
    2. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the booking deadline.
    3. Refunds will not be given for non-performance of the advert.
  8. Copyright & Intellectual Property
    1. All directory content, layout, and design remain the property of Just Local.
    2. Reproduction or copying of the directory without permission may result in legal action.
  9. Liability
    1. Just Local shall not be liable for any loss of business, revenue, or goodwill resulting from the use of this directory or from any errors in the advert content supplied by the advertiser.
    2. Just Local’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the advertiser for their listing in the specific edition.
