Yes. To keep the directory useful and fair, we only allow a limited number of businesses per trade. Early booking is recommended to secure your place.
No, the position is chosen on a rotating basis. So if there are multiple adverts for the same trade type, these will change position every quarter. This ensures fairness for all advertisers.
Yes. You can book your listing in a single area (e.g. Worthing West) or pay for multiple areas if you want to reach more households. Each area has its own dedicated directory.
No. All adverts with Just Local are on a no-contract, pay‑as‑you‑go basis. You only book and pay for the editions in which you want to appear.
The Just Local Directory is delivered by our delivery partners using GPS tracking, giving us a digital record that proves the directory has arrived at the correct areas.
This guarantees that your advert is put directly into the hands of local homeowners, not left in a pile or skipped over.
As an existing current advertiser you will received a priority invitation to renew prior to general release. This will arrive via email, to the address you provided.
Each edition of Just Local is delivered to 25,000-30,000 local homes (depending on the area). That’s thousands of potential customers seeing your business every quarter.
Each local directory is priced according to the number of households that will receive it, at only 1p per drop.
So if your chosen area has 25,000 households, the cost to advertise will be £250.00. For an area with 30,000 households, the cost would be £300.00.
VAT is not currently charged, however this may change in future.
Just Local is a quarterly publication. This means your advert will stay in homes for at least three months, giving long-lasting exposure and repeat visibility.
Make sure you get your advert booked before the directory deadline.
Just Local provides you with a unique phone number for your advert. When a homeowner calls this number, it’s automatically forwarded to your main business line – while also logging the call.
This system lets you see exactly how many enquiries came directly from your Just Local advert, helping you measure the return on your investment.
